Seat Cover FAQ

1 The seat cushion doesn’t power on. What should I check?

Please confirm:

l The 12V plug is fully inserted

l The car socket works (test with a phone charger/dash cam)

l Reinsert after waiting 10 seconds

l Slightly rotate the plug to improve contact

If still not powering on, contact our support team for assistance.

2 The fan stops working after a few minutes.

This is usually caused by unstable power output from the car’s 12V socket.
Try:

l Re-inserting the plug firmly

l Testing a different 12V port

Avoiding multi-socket adapters

If the fan restarts after adjusting the plug angle, the issue comes from loose contact inside the socket.

3 The airflow feels weak.

Weak airflow may happen if:

l The user’s weight compresses the airflow path

l The back panel is blocked

l The seat cover is too tight

Try switching to HIGH mode and sitting slightly forward to test airflow.

4 Only one side of the seat has airflow.

Common reasons:

l One intake is blocked

l Uneven sitting pressure

l Internal connector slightly loose

Try:

l Lifting your body briefly to release pressure

l Ensuring no object covers the back vents

l Switching airflow modes

If still one-sided, contact us with a short video for diagnosis.

5 The vibration massage is not working.

Please check:

l The massage indicator light is on

l Try switching through all 5 modes

l Ensure the plug is firmly connected

l Test another 12V port

If the fan works but massage doesn’t, contact support for assistance.

6 The control panel lights up, but the fan doesn’t spin.

l Possible causes:

l Insufficient or unstable power

l Seat pressure blocking internal air channels

l Unstable 12V socket contact

Try:

l Standing up briefly to reduce pressure

l Unplug → replug

If the issue persists, please contact our support team.

7 The seat cushion stops working after a few days.

This is often due to:

l Loose 12V contact

l Voltage fluctuations

l Seat squeezing internal wiring

Try:

l Testing another 12V port

l Reconnecting the plug

l Ensuring airflow intakes are not pressed

If the cushion still doesn’t resume working, we will assist you promptly.
