1 The seat cushion doesn’t power on. What should I check?
Please confirm:
l The 12V plug is fully inserted
l The car socket works (test with a phone charger/dash cam)
l Reinsert after waiting 10 seconds
l Slightly rotate the plug to improve contact

2 The fan stops working after a few minutes.

3 The airflow feels weak.
Weak airflow may happen if:

l The back panel is blocked
l The seat cover is too tight
Try switching to HIGH mode and sitting slightly forward to test airflow.
4 Only one side of the seat has airflow.
Common reasons:
l One intake is blocked
l Uneven sitting pressure

l Lifting your body briefly to release pressure
l Ensuring no object covers the back vents
