Support & Troubleshooting
Q1. The seat cushion doesn’t power on — what should I check? ✔
Please check the following:
The 12V plug is fully inserted
The car socket works (test with a phone charger/dash cam)
Reinsert after waiting 10 seconds
Slightly rotate the plug to improve contact
Aviod 3rd party adpater, use original 12V socket
If still not powering on, contact our support team for assistance.
Q2. The fan stops working after a few minutes.✔
This is usually caused by unstable power output from the car’s 12V socket.
Avoiding multi-socket adapters
This is usually caused by unstable power output from the car’s 12V socket.
Try:
Re-inserting the plug firmly
Testing a different 12V port
Aviod 3rd party adpater, use original 12V socket
Avoiding multi-socket adapters
If the fan restarts after adjusting the plug angle, the issue comes from loose contact inside the socket.
Q3. The airflow feels weak.✔
Weak airflow may happen if:
The user’s weight compresses the airflow path
The back panel is blocked
The seat cover is too tight
The car battery may output inadequate voltage (11-14V)
Try switching to HIGH mode and sitting slightly forward to test airflow or check your vehicle battery
Q4. Only one side of the seat has airflow.✔
Common reasons:
One intake is blocked
Uneven sitting pressure
Internal connector slightly loose
Try:
Lifting your body briefly to release pressure
Ensuring no object covers the back vents
Switching airflow modes
If still one-sided, contact us with a short video for diagnosis.
Q5. The vibration massage is not working.✔
Please check:
The massage indicator light is on
Try switching through all 5 modes
Ensure the plug is firmly connected
Test another 12V port
If the fan works but massage doesn’t, contact support for assistance.
Q6. The control panel lights up, but the fan doesn’t spin.✔
Possible causes:
Insufficient or unstable power
Seat pressure blocking internal air channels
Unstable 12V socket contact
Try:
Lift your body briefly to release pressure
Unplug → replug
If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
Q7. The seat cover stops working after a few days.✔
This is often due to:
Loose 12V contact
Voltage fluctuations
Seat squeezing internal wiring
Try:
Testing another 12V port
Reconnecting the plug
Ensuring airflow intakes are not pressed
If the cover still doesn’t resume working, we will assist you promptly.
